What method of carpet cleaning do you use?

• We use the hot water extraction method of carpet cleaning as recommended by Choice magazine, also called "carpet steam cleaning". This is the only way to ensure a thorough, hygienic clean. Hot water extraction is a deep clean. Dry cleaning is a surface clean only. Dry cleaning can leave chemicals on the carpet that may cause re-soiling and could void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Does your service include a professional pre-vacuum?

• This is the most important step in carpet cleaning, yet many carpet cleaners just don't do it! We use professional vacuum cleaning machines and professional techniques to ensure a good carpet clean becomes a great one.

Do you have appropriate public liability insurance?

• This is a must for a professional carpet cleaner. We have insurance to give you peace of mind.

Rug Pick Up / Drop Off
